New renewable energy projects are becoming part of regional communities across Australia. Alongside investment and infrastructure come commitments, benefits and expectations.
The Social Licence Register was created to make those commitments easier to understand.
By bringing together information from planning documents, environmental assessments, approvals, company reporting and other public sources, the Register provides a clearer picture of what has been proposed, what can be publicly verified and where further information may be needed.
The public Register is coming soon. In the meantime, pilot participants can sign in to secure areas below, and anyone is welcome to connect with the project.

Project teams can review the draft record we've prepared for their project and provide publicly verifiable corrections before it's published. Access is arranged individually, so you only ever see your own project.
We're developing the Register in partnership with councils and communities across the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone. Before the public launch, participating councils and project proponents can sign in to the pilot areas above, and anyone is welcome to get in touch or subscribe for updates.
